We are a software development company that aims at helping heavy industry reduce risks, injuries and accidents in the workplace. We believe that ALL deserve to go home safely at the end of each and every work day.

Tell us about yourself?

I have been fortunate to see the world in a few ways in my career. I started in technology by owning and operating a few service companies to help businesses scale by leveraging technology.

I also working in the mining sector for 10 years starting on the tools and working my way to project management.

Bridging both of my career experiences together we now are working on reducing the gaps in communication and hazard/risk identification to create the safe workplace all deserve.

If you could go back in time a year or two, what piece of advice would you give yourself?

If I had to go back 2 years time I would tell myself. Keep going. You are on the right track and obstacles are temporary. The vision you have is for the long game. Just keep going!

What problem does your business solve?

We help digitize the workplace and provide a central point of access to the data. We enhance the planning, identification and delivery of the work. We also bridge the communication gaps by providing a central tool for all to lean on.

What is the inspiration behind your business?

Having worked in the field, I was able to learn from the great things that are in place and understand the gaps. I have been also fortunate to be granted the opportunity to do this with a great mentor and contributor/supporter of the vision.

What is your magic sauce?

We differ from out competition by offering a solution that starts with the worker. They are the primary key to all of it. We need to hear from them and help them as much as possible. Our roadmap is very deep as well. The future is very bright.

What is the plan for the next 5 years? What do you want to achieve?

Over the next 5 years we hope to transform how we look at things in the workplace and enhance the collaboration of the workforce and management around the world in various industries.

What is the biggest challenge you’ve faced so far?

So far our biggest challenge like everyone is navigating through this pandemic. An additional challenge is the very high volume of change management with our clients. Innovation is at the forefront and this bring tremendous opportunities which at times can be overwhelming.
