We empower professionals and organizations with licensing education and tools. We aspire to be a valuable member of the sustainable economic development chain, by helping stakeholders innovate and engage the community with nextgen products and services.

Tell us about yourself?

With academic backgrounds in mechanical engineering and biostatistics, and professional experience in data science, research, and process industries, I am a big believer of systems thinking.

I am an accidental entrepreneur as I stumbled upon the opportunity during the pandemic. I feel great about helping create value in the economy with our venture.

If you could go back in time a year or two, what piece of advice would you give yourself?

It is easy to get distracted by the noise on social. Get inspiration from thought leaders but follow your inner voice.

What problem does your business solve?

Businesses are failing at an unprecedented rate, faster. Our mission is help professionals and organizations create deep value, whilst creating novel ventures or while innovating. We are building the tools.

What is the inspiration behind your business?

The pandemic was an eye opener, as most of us had to shut down operations. Businesses that innovated emerged from the pandemic faster.

So we have the evidence for sustainable development through innovation, which enhances the value chain. Our customers include professionals and SME organizations.

What is your magic sauce?

We employ data science to discover opportunities for business value chain innovation. We see ourselves as co-creators, instead of competitors, so each one of us in the chain make unique contributions.

What is the plan for the next 5 years? What do you want to achieve?

We aspire to engage more stakeholders, across industry sectors. Currently, we are being selective as we are growing slowly. The 5-year milestone is a critical one on our marathon and we want to be recognized for the impacts we help achieve.

What is the biggest challenge you’ve faced so far?

Our stakeholders have challenges of their own. Moreover, we live in a spread-out, post-pandemic world. So it is not east making meaningful connections. But we are happy with the relationships we are developing, like your mag, who also help us to think about how we create value for the community.

How do people get involved/buy into your vision?

Regardless of whether you are a entrepreneur, professional or entrepreneur, we would love to connect with you and learn what excites you. Please connect with us on LinkedIn @ License Academy.
