Testing4Success provides outsourced QA services for websites, mobile apps, wearable tech and smart devices.

Tell us about yourself?

I have been working in QA for 24 years. I originally trained as a developer but was offered an opportunity in QA. Once I started in this field, I knew instantly this is what I wanted to do.

If you could go back in time a year or two, what piece of advice would you give yourself?

To not be afraid of pursuing large projects with large companies. Having a small company should not be a limiting factor, if sufficient plans for growth are in place.

This has recently been put into practice and expert level testers have been added to our QA team to allow us to take on projects of a larger size with complete confidence.

What problem does your business solve?

We provide an outsourced QA service for clients that may only require ad-hoc QA and may not be able to afford full-time QA employees.

What is the inspiration behind your business?

Having worked on many QA projects as an employee, I quickly gained exposure to seeing how successful QA projects could be completed, and learned the pitfalls of what to do when things go wrong.
My goal when starting Testing4Success was to provide elite QA services for websites, mobile apps, wearable tech and smart devices, for projects of any size.

What is your magic sauce?

Communication is a key factor in our business. Our client’s love the fact that we provide ongoing reporting and transparency in everything we do.

Many companies can only afford small amounts of QA due to budget restrictions. Testing4Success can be there as-and-when they need us, eliminating unnecessary costs whilst providing a highly effective service.

What is the plan for the next 5 years? What do you want to achieve?

To continue to grow at a controlled rate by bringing in highly skilled testers to our already strong QA team.

What is the biggest challenge you’ve faced so far?

As anyone that experience in QA knows, there are huge advantages in involving QA earlier on in the software development lifecycle.

We have continued to promote this on several projects and our clients have been pleasantly surprised at what development time(and associated cost) can be saved by involving QA earlier.

How do people get involved/buy into your vision?

We can be contacted directly from our website. We are happy to discuss QA for projects of any size, and provide appropriate testing strategies for any requirement.
