IMPACT INTERNATIONAL Secured Investments specializes in GREEN BOND FINANCING for Renewable Energy Projects. We have the Intellectual Property for our process registered in Canada. Our Clients are International in scope, but the majority are from Canada and the United States. Our team has been involved in many aspects of private placement financing for over 20 years. We have offices in Vancouver, Kelowna, British Columbia and Calgary, Alberta. We all have been involved in technology commercialization, in Robotics and Flexible automation previously.

My background is in Technology adaptation for manufacturing plants in various countries. I got into this because there is a very strong need for financing of renewable energy projects, and the demand far exceeds the supply in the typical markets. There is a strong demand for Green Bonds in all of Canada, and the Western USA at this time.

The downturn will turn around so stay strong because this service in financing is needed to combat Climate Change and I want to be part of that.

We solve the over expectations many financing companies transmit, thereby giving the false impression that is much easier to accomplish than in reality. False expectations help no one. It is process that always takes longer than expected.
WHAT IS THE INSPIRATION BEHIND YOUR BUSINESS?
To engage new processes and solutions to the fight in bringing about Climate change targets which will take vast new processes and engineering solutions.

We have a standard process that is all inclusive, and thus save time and expense for clients, this process is our Intellectual Property and registered as such.
WHAT IS THE PLAN FOR THE NEXT 5 YEARS? WHAT DO YOU WANT TO ACHIEVE?
To place well over a $Billion in Green Bonds for strong Green projects that will make an IMPACT.
We want to get several major projects going in the O&G field. This demands hundreds of millions in remediation for capping old abandoned wells, and thus sequestering CO2 and Methane in massive amounts. The overall project will take most of the bi-products from the abandoned wells them to produce electrical power, as well as for feedstock for Vertical Farms. We currently have projects that can produce fresh food year round, and father north than ever before. We will help producers supply food security and energy security to their surrounding communities. Once the Major projects are working they will become show places for others to visit, and then they could feasibly licence the plans for their region.
WHAT IS THE BIGGEST CHALLENGE YOU’VE FACED SO FAR?
The last 2 years of the Covid shut down. We had a great jumpstart for 3 years before that, and we had to regroup. Too few people know what Green Bonds are, and how they can help them with financing around the Globe. The Green Bonds will be A; if not THE, instruments to tackle many pollution problems, and get on track to meet deadlines.
