My background lies in the field of psychology, where I gained experience in providing counseling services to companies aimed at improving employee mental health and performance. It was during this time that I became intimately familiar with the burnout phenomenon and recognized the pressing need for a more effective solution to address this issue within numerous organizations. This experience served as a compelling catalyst for my journey into this line of work.
If you could go back in time a year or two, what piece of advice would you give yourself?
I would advise myself to embrace calculated risks. In the business world, well-thought-out risks frequently pave the way for innovation and expansion. While it’s crucial to evaluate risks diligently, it’s equally important not to shy away from them completely.

Our magic sauce is our cutting-edge AI avatar chatbot, specially designed to tackle employees’ mental health issues and burnout. This chatbot offers personalized mental health booster exercises and interactive games, differentiating us from the competition through our innovative approach to enhancing employee well-being.
What is the plan for the next 5 years? What do you want to achieve?
