Jason Becker
Founder and VP of Benevity
For Jason, the road to Benevity passes through Neuroscience (his first love) and Psychology (where he used computers for statistical and waveform analysis), en route to becoming a seasoned IT professional. He’s an early internet adopter, so if you remember the web browser NCSA Mosaic, you’re definitely on Jason’s wavelength. As a natural entrepreneur, he co-created FreePBX and Gabcast with Ryan Courtnage, and is passionate about using technology to solve complex problems. Jason considers himself the Benevity Morale Officer, celebrating the victories of his team while ensuring they feel challenged and appreciated. He’s also a nostalgic guy, and misses the 80s mostly because “today’s music sucks.”
