Mr. Jean Paul Roy is a Geoscientist having worked more than 50 countries and 150 basins worldwide. He has created many private companies and one public company. Mr. Jean Paul Roy is the founder and current Director, President and Chief Executive Officer as on April 29, 2013 for GeoGlobal Resources Inc. Mr. Roy has in excess of 33 years of geological and geophysical experience in basins worldwide as he has worked on projects throughout India, North and South America, Europe, the Middle East, the former Soviet Union and South East Asia. His specialties include modern seismic data acquisition and processing techniques, and integrated geological and geophysical data interpretation. Since 1981 he has held geophysical positions with Niko Resources Ltd., Gujarat State Petroleum Corporation, Reliance Industries, Cubacan Exploration Inc., PetroCanada, GEDCO, Eurocan USA and British Petroleum. Mr. Roy graduated from St. Mary’s University of Halifax, Nova Scotia in 1982 with a B.Sc. in Geology and has been certified as a Professional Geophysicist. Mr. Roy is a resident of Guatemala and Canada. The company is involved in exploration and development of Hydrocarbon Resources in India and Colombia.

Mr. Mullen is currently the Chairman of the Board and Chief Executive Officer of the Corporation. Prior to joining the Corporation, Mr. Mullen spent 27 years in various capacities with Mullen Trucking LP. At the time of his departure, he was Senior Vice President of Mullen Trucking LP located in Aldersyde, Alberta. Mr. Mullen has been a director of Shear Minerals Ltd., a publicly traded mineral exploration company on the TSX-V Exchange since May, 2000, a director of Rocky Mountain Dealerships Inc. a publically traded agriculture and construction equipment dealer on the TSX Exchange since December 2007 and Golconda Resources Ltd, a publically traded mineral and resource exploration company on the TSX-V Exchange since December 2008.

Murray Stodalka

Mr. Stodalka is a Professional Engineer with extensive senior management experience in the oil and natural gas industry and is Waldron Energy’s Vice President, Engineering and Operations. Prior thereto, he was the Vice President of Engineering and Operations of Compton Petroleum and led a corporate strategy that built that firm from a small private start-up to a founder of the NYSE listed company with 32,500 boe/d. Previously, Mr. Stodalka held senior technical positions with Pennzoil, Exxon USA and with Texaco Canada. Mr. Stodalka holds a B.Sc. in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Saskatchewan and has been a member of the Association of Professional Engineers and Geoscientists of Alberta since 1982.
