Andrew W. Carroll

Vice President Engineering of ACAMP

Andrew is a Professional Engineer with experience in strategic planning, corporate services, mergers & acquisitions, and operations management — including engineering and project management, quality control, fleet & transportation, and supply chain management. Starting his career as a Production Engineer in the Western Canadian oil sands, he ascended to senior management positions in fuel delivery, and service and manufacturing businesses in the energy industry. He has also managed several acquisitions and divestitures. Andrew holds a bachelor’s in mechanical engineering from the University of Calgary and an MBA from the Richard Ivey School at the University of Western Ontario. Donald D. McKechnie

Vice President of Finance and Chief Financial Officer of Alhambra Resources

Mr. McKechnie is a Chartered Accountant with 35 years of senior financial and management experience 32 of those being in the resource sector involved with oil and natural gas projects in Canada, Indonesia and Ukraine and in the mining sector in Kazakhstan. The majority of his career was spent with North Canadian Oils Limited, a natural resource and electrical cogeneration company headquartered in Calgary. Mr. McKechnie was the president of North Canadian’s electrical cogeneration subsidiary at the time that company was sold. Mr. McKechnie joined Alhambra in 2003.
