Shiraz Shariff served for four terms as member of the Alberta Legislative Assembly (MLA) from 1995 to 2008. As an MLA he served as Chair of International Governance Advisory Committee (IGO); Deputy Chair of Alberta Public Accounts; Member of the Alberta Heritage Savings Trust Fund as well as a Presiding Officer for two terms as Deputy Chair of Committees for the Legislative Assembly. In his capacity as Chair of IGO he was involved in several initiatives of capacity building including helping the Province of Mpumalanga, South Africa establish a senior mentorship exchange program to build capacity for good governance. Shiraz Shariff also led several Oil and Gas delegations to India and also signed an MOU with the Indian Institute of Public Administration to promote initiatives of good governance. Shiraz was a member of Premiers delegation to the World Petroleum Congress in South Africa. Shiraz is an alumnus of University of Calgary having graduated with his Bachelors as well as Master degree in Social Work. Prior to public service Shiraz worked with Alberta Family and Social Services as well as taught Social Work at Mount Royal College.

Roger Givanetto

Roger Giovanetto has been President of R&H Engineering, Ltd., a metallurgical, materials and corrosion engineering services company for more than five years. Mr. Gioanetto has also been a director of Mosaic Capital Corporation, a public company listed on the Exchange, since 2012. During his career, he has developed and managed oilfield chemical operations, corrosion consulting companies and started a publicly traded junior oil and gas company in Alberta. Mr. Giovanetto has served as director on public oil and gas companies and has also been instrumental in developing business operations in Siberia, where he specialized in renovating existing oilfields, and has established several chemical manufacturing facilities in Siberia and Iran. Mr. Giovanetto holds a B.Sc. in Metallurgical Engineering from the University of Alberta and is a member of APEGGA and other professional oil and gas organizations.

Tiro Clarke

Mr. Clarke is a graduate of the University of British Columbia, Department of Geology (1988) and is a Professional Geoscientist registered in B.C. Mr. Clarke spent three field seasons on mapping projects with the Geological Survey of Canada before entering private industry where he worked as a mineral exploration geologist for Minnova Inc. (now Inmet Mining Corporation) and Amax Gold Inc. (now Kinross Gold Corporation), as well as provided geological consulting services to several junior mineral exploration companies. Mr. Clarke has extensive experience on mineral deposits in central and south central British Columbia, Yukon Territory and in Idaho and northern Washington State, USA, with involvement in grassroots to advanced exploration programs on all major commodities and deposit types.In 1995 Mr. Clarke incorporated Cascade Metals Inc., a mineral exploration company which began with gold and silver properties in British Columbia and in Nevada, USA.
