Chad Gareau
Vice President, Finance & Planning of ATCO Structures & Logistics
Chad Gareau is the Vice President, Finance & Planning for ATCO Structures & Logistics. In this role, he is responsible for establishing and implementing company-wide financing policies and operating procedures within the risk management and business planning functions for ATCO Structures & Logistics. He also oversees the measurement, evaluation and reporting of corporate risk management performance for the organization and plays a key role in strategic business development activities. Mr. Gareau joined ATCO in 2005 and has held increasingly senior roles including his most recent position as Vice President Finance & Treasury at ATCO Group, where he was responsible for developing and implementing enterprise-wide financial strategies. Mr. Gareau is a Chartered Financial Analyst and holds a Bachelor of Commerce degree in Finance with Great Distinction from the University of Saskatchewan.

Jason Kielau

Jason Kielau is the Vice President, Modular Construction & Workforce Lodging for ATCO Structures & Logistics, Responsible for Canadian operations in relation to Workforce Housing Projects, Indigenous Business Development and Community Relations, Camp Services and Construction. Previously Mr. Kielau was based in Santiago, Chile as Senior Manager, Business Development for an ATCO Joint Venture company with operations in Chile, Peru, Colombia, Brazil and Argentina. Mr. Kielau has 15 years’ of Canadian and international experience with ATCO and has provided workforce housing solutions in over 30 countries. Mr. Kielau began his career with ATCO Structures in 2000 focused on international sales of workforce housing projects. In 2001 he relocated to London, England as Manager, International Sales and established an office serving clients in Western Europe and Africa. In 2004 Mr. Kielau relocated to Budapest, Hungary as Manager, Business Development for ATCO Europe with responsibility for projects in Africa, Europe and the former USSR. Returning to Canada in 2006 Mr. Kielau assumed the role of General Manager, Workforce Housing with overall responsibility for ATCO’s workforce housing business in Canada and Alaska. Mr. Kielau graduated from McGill University, Montreal in 1996 with a Bachelor of Commerce degree and is an active member of Canadian Council of the Americas (CCA), the Canada-Chile Chamber of Commerce and the Modular Building Institute (MBI).

Bill Haliburton
Vice President, Manufacturing, Engineering and People Services of ATCO Structures & Logistics
Bill Haliburton is the Vice President, Manufacturing, Engineering and People Services for ATCO Structures & Logistics. He is responsible for North American manufacturing operations including five manufacturing facilities totalling 700,000 sq. ft, estimating and production. He also oversees Engineering, HSE, QA and Human Resources. Mr. Haliburton joined ATCO in 1978 as part of the Spruce Grove operations. He has held various positions of increasing responsibility over the years. In 1996, Mr. Haliburton relocated to Santiago, Chile as General Manager of an ATCO Joint Venture company with operations in Chile and Peru. He moved to Diboll, Texas in 1999 to head up a new manufacturing facility for ATCO as Vice President & General Manager and in 2003 he moved back to Calgary. After a brief time away, Mr. Haliburton returned to ATCO in 2009 as Vice President, Manufacturing. During his 35 years in the industry, Mr. Haliburton has been involved in acquisitions, green field operations start-ups, and the formulation of successful international Joint Ventures. He has served several industry associations during his career including, most recently, the Board of Directors of the Modular Building Institute.
