Mr. Blakeway is the company’s President and Chief Executive Officer. He has over 40 years of experience in executive management in technology business development. He founded Nanotech Security Corp., a publicly traded international wireless RFID enterprise, in 1985. He is also a director of IDME Technologies Corp. and IDIT Technologies Corp., which licensed the nano-technology developed at Simon Fraser University to the Company. From September 2006 until June 2012 he was a consultant providing product manufacturing management services to G4S Justice Services (Canada) Inc. as the Managing Director. He is a member of Simon Fraser University Surrey – Business Advisory Council and Entrepreneur in Residence SFU Venture Connection, Canadian Listed Company Association, Wireless Industry Partnership Connector Inc., TEC (The Executive Committee), an international organization for CEOs and CMC Microsystems Inc. Since 1982, he has been a director of a number of public companies on the TSXV. Mr. Blakeway serves on the audit and corporate governance committees of several companies, and with his knowledge of the policies and procedures for listing capital pool companies (“CPCs”) on the TSXV, has facilitated the successful qualification of several CPCs as Tier 1 or Tier 2 Issuers

While at Peer1 Mark created and lead the company’s strategic technical plan that made it the 4th fastest growing public company in Canada in 2005. Peer1 was later sold to Cogeco Cable in 2012 for 525 million USD. Prior to Peer1 Mark was an Internet specialist with AT&T Canada.
