Angela Lau was appointed Senior Vice President, Finance and Corporate Secretary of MacDonald, Dettwiler and Associates Ltd. (MDA) in July 2016. She is based at our office in Vancouver, British Columbia. Ms. Lau also served in various leadership positions in the taxation and treasury functions of MDA. Previous to joining MDA in September 2006, Ms. Lau worked for many years as an income tax advisor at KPMG and was the head of taxation at a Canadian biotechnology company. Ms. Lau also served on the Industry Tax Committee of the Chartered Professional Accountants of Canada. Ms. Lau earned a Bachelor of Commerce degree (with honors) from the University of British Columbia and is a member of the Chartered Professional Accountants of British Columbia.

Ed Meka
Executive Vice President of Ausenco
Ed has more than 29 years’ experience in senior management and operational roles in the global mining and minerals processing industry, and is one of Ausenco’s longest-serving executives. Ed is currently responsible for leading the pursuit of strategic opportunities, major projects and key client relationships across the organisation. Prior to this, Ed was accountable for all of Ausenco’s Americas operation, realising approximately 60% of the company’s revenue base through the delivery of consulting, engineering and project services across the resources and energy sectors. His previous roles within Ausenco have included running the Environment & Sustainability and Process Infrastructure business lines, as well as project delivery, study management and business development. Ed’s previous employers have included Mt Isa Mines Limited, BHP Ok Tedi (for BHP Engineering Limited), Pancontinental Mining Limited and BHP Coal.

Dave joined Corum in 2015 and has a diverse background in technology and life sciences. As an executive and entrepreneur, Dave has been operating and investing in companies sitting at the convergence of commerce and eCommerce as well as innovative life science businesses for over 25 years. Recently, Dave was CEO North America for Gaxsys, an eCommerce and logistics company that is a leader in last mile logistics and fulfillment for eCommerce marketplaces. Dave has been on both sides of the mergers and acquisitions table, having sold a life science technology company, facilitated sell side and buy side technology transactions and has also scaled multiple technology companies globally in the eCommerce, life sciences and innovation intelligence markets. Robert Cinits

Mr. Cinits joined Entrée in July 2011 and was appointed Vice President, Corporate Development in January 2014. Mr. Cinits has worked in the mineral exploration industry for the past 28 years and has held a variety of positions with junior mining companies and consulting groups. Most recently, between 2007 and 2011, Mr. Cinits was the COO of MinCore Inc., a private Toronto-based exploration company, and prior to this position, he worked for AMEC, as a Principal Geologist and Head of the Mining/Geology Group for the Lima, Peru office between 2003 and 2007.
