Lynn Frazer has served as a core leader on the Human Resources team at TRADER Corporation since 2003. Following the establishment of TRADER in 2006, Lynn played an integral role merging the former businesses’ operations and harmonizing Human Resources practices across the country. She was appointed Vice President, Human Resources in 2012, with a mandate to oversee the national team in the delivery of human resources programs and services. Bill is the President of Structurlam Products, Canada’s leading supplier of mass-timber solutions to the construction industry. Bill began his career as a forester in the Kootenay region of British Columbia. Over the ensuing 30 years, he has worked in almost every aspect wood products industry. Prior to joining Structurlam in 2007, Bill was CEO of BC Wood Specialties, an association of British Columbia’s secondary, or value-added wood product firms. He is a passionate proponent of British Columbia’s value-added industry and the province’s drive to become a centre of excellence in mass-timber construction. Under his guidance, Structurlam has supplied some of the world’s most impressive mass-timber structures including the Art Gallery of Ontario, Richmond’s Olympic Oval, the Raleigh Durham airport and, most recently, the world’s tallest wood building, UBC Brock Commons student residence. Bill has a degree in forestry from the University of British Columbia, an MBA from the University of Washington and is a Registered Professional Forester.
