Dr. Neburchilova has a Ph.D. in Chemistry from Moscow State University and over 20 years of experience in applied electrochemistry, namely electrocatalysis, galvanic plating, electroextraction, electrochemical treatment of galvanic wastewater, and corrosion protection. She has 10-year expertise in thin film optical films deposition and characterization. Dr. Neburchilova managed commercialization and application of new electrochemical materials and technologies in dozens of enterprises all over the world. She has an extensive international experience in Technology Management, Intellectual Property Management, and sales of technology based products, and in-depth knowledge of the clean energy sector (photovoltaics, fuel cells etc). She holds 3 patents and has authored more than 30 papers.

Leonid Rubin
Director & Chair of the Science Committee of Clear Metals
Prof. Rubin is a professor of biophysics at Moscow State University. He received his Masters of Physiology with a Specialization in Biophysics from Moscow State University in 1963 and earned a PhD in Biophysics from Moscow State University in 1967. Professor Rubin has published more than 250 articles and papers in respected scientific journals. Professor Rubin is an author of over 30 patents and designed several Biomedical and Solar Energy Conversion and Microelectronic devices. Throughout his scientific and later management career Professor Rubin has initiated and supervised long term R & D projects in Solar Energy Conversion and Laser Applications in Photo-medicine and Photobiology. A large portion of his work was devoted to clinical diagnostic including cancer diagnostic and photodynamic therapy. In 2001 Professor Rubin has become one of the co-founders of Day4 Energy Inc. Under his scientific and R&D leadership the company has revolutionized the approach to contacting and interconnecting photovoltaic cells, that has been a manufacturing standard in the photovoltaic industry for decades.

Tony Weller
Director Of Sales & Marketing of Anodyne Electronics Manufacturing
As Director of Sales and Marketing, Tony’s goal is to grow AEM through increased sales and development of staff. He sets strategies and processes for the team to follow—allocating resources accordingly, oversees marketing, and interfaces with the R&D team for product development. Tony holds a Bachelor of Applied Science in Human Movement Studies (Education) from the University of Queensland and a Diploma in Marketing and Sales Management from UBC’s Sauder School of Business. Tony was a teacher for seven years before he transitioned into sales, starting at Mills in 2010 and working up to Sales Manager in 2014. He came to AEM in 2016 as Sales Manager, then transitioned shortly after into Director of Sales and Marketing. Tony enjoys his role because he continues to teach, coach, and learn from others—he also appreciates working with committed staff who have a common purpose. Tony is the father of two beautiful girls and the husband of an amazing woman. He grew up on a farm in rural Queensland, Australia. In his spare time, Tony enjoys reading inspirational and educational books and cooking. He loves fitness and sports—rugby especially.

Ray Guenther
Maintenance Director of Anodyne Electronics Manufacturing
Ray manages customers, AEM staff, and internal processes to ensure that repairs are done correctly and efficiently. Involved in the electronics and avionics industry for nearly 30 years, Ray is the main point of contact for estimating and quoting on all product repairs. He enjoys finding solutions to electronic and process problems that meet the needs of AEM’s customers. Ray received his Electronic Technologist diploma through Okanagan College, and honourably received the SET-BC Premier’s Award for Excellence in Education for combined practical and academic achievement. Like many of his fellow team members, Ray started with Northern Airborne Technologies; there he worked as a technician, as well as a supervisor within the Maintenance Department. He advanced to Director at NAT before transitioning to AEM, then took on the additional responsibility of Department Manager.
