Focusing more on marketing and dedicate resources in new different channels to generate leads, along with giving the opportunity to implement client’s ideas and requests within the software we run.

What problem does your business solve?

Zone1 is a Canadian corporation focusing primarily on enterprise web applications alongside back-end and front-end online platforms. We provide complete online solutions that solve the needs of today’s businesses seeking a strong online presence in the communications area.

We only use the most current Internet writing standards to ensure the content is structured for maximum web readability. We will perform a pre-production scope analysis that will define short and long-term goals, user navigation, marketing and public relation messages, timelines and budgets. Once this is done, we will then apply the standard rules for maximum performance.

What is the inspiration behind your business?

We have proven the quality of the online communications. The eCard platform delivers the message to the target audience in a unique way to keep the relationship between our client and their contacts running in a smooth path.

We are planning to integrate our platform with different CRM portals currently in the market as plug-ins for quick setup and access.

What is the biggest challenge you’ve faced so far?

Adapting new technologies to our 15 years old platform. New updates now are downloaded and installed immediately they are available, keeping our platform up-to-date.

The update patches are performed to address security vulnerabilities in existing platforms and they contain bug fixes, new styles and navigation systems to assist in improving user experience.
