Tell us about yourself?

By degree I am mechanical engineer, but I was always interested in building gadgets that simplify our life.

In 2015 I realised that businesses are trapped in old technology. Nearly every business relies on computers and the Internet to conduct daily operations more efficiently.

However, with the advent of computer networks new problems have manifested including business interruption, high I.T infrastructure costs, data and privacy security, computing power limitations, and complex change management processes.

If you could go back in time a year or two, what piece of advice would you give yourself?

Don’t rely on no one. No one cares about your company as you.

What problem does your business solve?

Easy transfer of business to the cloud and reduction of e-waste.

What is the inspiration behind your business?

Seeing companies struggle with managing their IT and constantly upgrading IT infrastructure just to keep up. I realised that cloud computing is the solution, the only problem is that it is very complicated.

What is your magic sauce?

Proprietary Hardware Design: proven hardware innovation combining both simplicity of use and elegant design – replacing complexity with innovation

What is the plan for the next 5 years? What do you want to achieve?

The worldwide public cloud services market is projected to grow 17.5% in 2021. According to recent Gartner surveys, more than a third of organizations see cloud investments as a top three investing priority.

SKYGrid will cater to all the small, medium businesses in Canada and United States.

SKYGrid will target businesses who have a need for high usage such as engineering capabilities, design capabilities, software that take up large space, etc.

What is the biggest challenge you’ve faced so far?

During the first phase the hardest thing is to gain reputation.
