Prior to joining Delta-Q, Trent served as VP of Marketing at Teradici Corp., a pioneering company in the virtual desktop space, where he was responsible for product management, marketing, and systems engineering. Trent has held a variety of roles including Senior VP of Marketing and Corporate Development of Sierra Wireless Inc. and senior positions in marketing, product management, business development, and sales at Motorola over a 14 year period. Trent’s experience also extends to management consulting and commercial banking industries. Trent holds a Master of Science, Business Administration and a Bachelor of Commerce from the University of British Columbia and is a Fellow of the Institute of Canadian Bankers.

Lloyd Gomm
Vice President of Business Development of Delta-Q Technologies
Lloyd has over 18 years of experience in the power electronics manufacturing industry in sales, marketing, and product management. At Delta-Q, Lloyd’s responsibilities include long-term revenue development and partnerships with battery manufacturers. Previously, Lloyd led Xantrex’s marketing and product strategy for their successful expansion into the industrial and residential renewable energy markets. Lloyd has a Bachelor degree in marketing and organizational behavior from Simon Fraser University.

Most recently at Aurora, Steve led the development of systems and hardware to streamline and improve the efficiency of photovoltaic and solar cell manufacturing. At Sierra Wireless, Steve was senior vice president of engineering, responsible for managing the company’s worldwide engineering group. Ray Lewis
VP Business Development of Anodyne Electronics Manufacturing
Ray has the pleasure of representing AEM to its worldwide customer base as he develops new market, product, partnership, and technology opportunities. Ray works closely with the Sales & Marketing and Research & Development teams as he finds needs in the marketplace that offer opportunities for AEM to develop core IP. Ray’s background and training were as an Electronics Technologist before he leapt into the avionics industry with Northern Airborne Technolgy (NAT) over 35 years ago. His commitment to diverse training courses equipped him with the skills needed in his various roles at NAT, AEM, and elsewhere. Ray enjoys being involved with his community and believes everyone should do something to ‘give back.’ He’s a Rotarian, volunteers gardening time at Hospice House, and is on the executive committee for his neighbourhood association. Both he and his wife are also involved with the Adopt-A-Stream program in Kelowna. Ray considers AEM his ‘other family,’ full of caring and committed people; he values the company’s atmosphere, its ‘can do’ attitude, and commitment to customer support. He’s inspired by those that want to bring about positive change, regardless of where that change occurs.

John Chase
VP of finance and CFO of Power Measurement
John has over 25 years of business and financial experience. He has worked for Amazon.com’s marketplace division, Exchange.com, an early competitor of eBay, and Rounder Records – the world’s largest independent record label. Massachusetts-based Exchange.com was an online marketplace that specialized in niche markets, such as rare books, and eventually purchased Bibliofind.com – one of AbeBooks’ early competitors. Amazon then acquired both Exchange.com and Bibilofind, and John relocated to Amazon’s Seattle headquarters in 1999. John initially served as chief financial executive for Amazon’s fledgling marketplace division before being appointed director of finance, planning and analysis. He also spent two years in AbeBooks’ hometown of Victoria, BC, (2003-2005) with Power Measurement – the energy management technology firm – as its chief financial officer.
