Tell us about yourself?
I’m a radio broadcaster that opened an advertising agency in 2003 and quickly migrated with the times to become a full service online sales and marketing agency. I loved promotions and the latest technology that pushed me to link to the 2 together and build out a business.
If you could go back in time a year or two, what piece of advice would you give yourself?
Take your time when your business starts to expand. Spend time finding the right people and resources to put in place as it will be less costly in the long run.
What problem does your business solve?
We help business websites make money through generating and increasing sales online.
What is the inspiration behind your business?
People needs sales. Sales people are hard to find. Websites in the last 3 years have only started being the main revenue piece for businesses. We assist with the sales execution of industrial, commercial businesses to generate revenue.
B2B have struggled with how to accomplish this and FPM3 over 19 years has figured out the best way to do this.
We work with companies that now generate 1 million to 300 million online sales through our online sales team and software customer tools.
What is your magic sauce?
We actually have the “sales team” for businesses to help with answering enquires and closing the sales. We don’t just build the website and market it… we generate and assist with the sales flow through our people and software systems.
FPM3 has created its own proprietary software that assist with video communication along with tracking customer data.

What is the plan for the next 5 years? What do you want to achieve?
We are expanding into eastern Canada along with integrating our new online sales tools through AR/VR integration for clients websites to “experience” the sale through a virtual terminal (metaverse) that gives that sales experience less typing and more interaction when closing the online sale.
What is the biggest challenge you’ve faced so far?
In the last 4 years, covid changed the scope of how we run and operate the business. The agency in 2018 was a website building, SEO managing, marketing firm.
This all changed with the pandemic when businesses needed to work remote and build their sales remotely and efficiently.
FPM3 was working remotely since 2015 and this allowed us to efficiently adjust our business to move from “building” a website business to pushing the e-commerce side of it to share with similar businesses.
One of our biggest challenges is keeping up with the scaling of our operation. Hiring and training our employees to keep up with the demand of our clients
How do people get involved/buy into your vision?
We want businesses that are struggling to find a way to make their website work for them. A business that has spent thousands on a website but have yet to see it generate money. B2B business our specialty.
