Provides restaurants, breweries, wineries, and cafes with a complete restaurant management system all in one package, at a lower cost then sourcing these tools individually.

Tell us about yourself?

I worked for years in the hospitality industry, providing IT support to independently owned restaurants and restaurant franchises. I noticed many of these restaurants had multiple confusing systems setup to manage their employees, scheduling, training, and their restaurants finances. I decided to combine these tools, and more, into a single tool for owners to be able to manage their restaurant easier.

If you could go back in time a year or two, what piece of advice would you give yourself?

This advise would apply to myself, or anyone else starting a B2B business – don’t dump so much money into google adwords or facebook marketing. The returns are minimal, almost non-existent, and as soon as you stop paying, the traffic stops. The best place to spend money is optimizing your website for organic traffic.

What problem does your business solve?

It simplifies the management side of running a restaurant, employee scheduling, training, and expense tracking can all be done from any internet connected device, and a variety of reports can be generated instantly.

What is the inspiration behind your business?

Same as above – I worked for years in the hospitality industry, providing IT support to independently owned restaurants and restaurant franchises. I noticed many of these restaurants had multiple confusing systems setup to manage their employees, scheduling, training, and their restaurants finances. I decided to combine these tools, and more, into a single tool for owners to be able to manage their restaurant easier.

What is your magic sauce?

We offer simplicity and integration. Our software integrates with software and hardware restaurants are already using – such as Square POS terminals and quickbooks. Our pricing model is also simplified compared to the competition. We only charge by the users and offer all features on all plans. Rather then nickle-and-diming the owners for specific feature add-ons, or charging you extra for having more managers then employees like the competition does.

What is the plan for the next 5 years? What do you want to achieve?

We want to continue to expanding across Canada and start breaking into the US market. As the industry starts to come out from the pandemic and restaurants start to open up again, we want to be there to save owners money with our low cost software.

What is the biggest challenge you’ve faced so far?

Like so many others, the pandemic has really stifled our growth. Having launched our service in January of 2020, we saw immediate success followed by shutdowns across the world. We’ve been patiently waiting for the economy to recover and restaurants to open up, so our business can grow as well.

How do people get involved/buy into your vision?

Any restaurant or hospitality based business owners that want to sign up, can get a free 30 days trial to test out all our features. We don’t require any credit card for the trial, just register and get going.
