Tell us about yourself?
Big shop IT exec management and have built apps before. Have managed teams if 1400, and 2m budgets. Worked for FIS in the states for 25 plus years and TD Bank for 5 years running their IT Ops. Been involved in multiple startups, including 3 of my own.
If you could go back in time a year or two, what piece of advice would you give yourself?
Covid work pace – patience. Managing deliverables in a remote environment isn’t the issue, but managing and coordinating task across multiple teams and time zones during a pandemic proved to be a different challenge.

What is the biggest challenge you’ve faced so far?
App dev delivery and pace of work. We switch dev teams and basically delayed our US launch.
