We are a digital agency offering law firm marketing services to Canadian lawyers and law firms. We are a boutique agency and work directly with our clients on a personal level.

Tell us about yourself?

I studied cell and molecular biology at university, only discovering that I was more of an entrepreneur. After graduating, I started a web firm in 2000 and never turned back.

If you could go back in time a year or two, what piece of advice would you give yourself?

Spend a little less time at the computer and more time on the mountain bike.

What problem does your business solve?

We build and market websites and web apps for Canadian law firms. We focus on business development for our clients… we make their phones ring.

What is the inspiration behind your business?

Internet marketing has gone from a mere add-on to an integral part of the plan for law firms of all sizes. Leveraging over 20 years of experience, we use the right digital tools to get measurable results for our law firms.

What is your magic sauce?

We have been running our business for over 20 years. We’ve learned a few things along the way, and we apply this knowledge to the benefit of our clients. The most significant factor in our success is how careful we are within our niche. As a business owner, I find it rewarding to remain in the trenches and work alongside clients to achieve results. For this reason, we must be highly selective with the clients we work with. There has to be a fit.

What is the plan for the next 5 years? What do you want to achieve?

We do not intend to grow into a large digital agency as we are a lifestyle business. We feel it’s essential to maintain a healthy balance of family and personal time within our work schedules. Being hands-on, we have managed a continual slow and measured growth in our service offerings that provide tangible value to our clients. We know from feedback that this gives us an edge over our competition.

What is the biggest challenge you’ve faced so far?

The Internet’s ever-changing landscape requires that we remain vigilant in our research and development. We are continually reading up on trends and distilling value for our clients. As a team, we pool our insights together, steer our clients away from short-lived novelty features, and build out timeless, results-driven projects that convert.

How do people get involved/buy into your vision?

We work with small to medium-sized Canadian law firms. We are selective with whom we work and function best within a goal-orientated approach.
