Tell us about yourself?

In 2005, I started working in the IT industry while I was a university student. I noticed that most of their clients were not always satisfied with the outcome of the products being promised. Our companies were just not performing as well as they should be in the international market. The company culture was not as promising either.

Having gained some experience as a business development and project manager in a few local firms and 5+ years of experience in the IT industry, I knew just what our industry was lacking in. Constant trust and improvement. It’s not about winning the race, but running the marathon. So after my MBA in Marketing, I decided it was time to bring a game-changer to the IT industry.

If you could go back in time a year or two, what piece of advice would you give yourself?

Do not be afraid to Think Big or take difficult decisions!

What is the inspiration behind your business?

We offer our partners not just the product but the solution. Our team is striving for the unmatchable end-to-end solution; providing complete maintenance and support services. We challenge the boundaries and set new standards in the field of technology. We focus on agility and optimality of the product delivered to customers as customer satisfaction is our first priority. What is the plan for the next 5 years? What do you want to achieve?

We plan to make our mark in the global tech revolution and becoming one of the top 10, most trusted Web Development Agency in the region.

What is the biggest challenge you’ve faced so far?

Post-covid software development industry has grown exponentially. This has lead to a high demand for developers. The supply of developers is currently not able to meet the quantity and quality of demand, hence a striking rise in the cost of developers. This has made it difficult for companies like us to retain good resources.

How do people get involved/buy into your vision?

Since we are aiming for working relationship built on trust and honesty, any client who has worked with us once always comes back to us in their need, if not a permanent long-term relationship.
